beautiful exterior late check-out credit card issue check-in process
The staff at the front desk prioritized customer service. The hotel had a beautiful exterior. The 12 o'clock check out was very useful (i appreciated this feature).
I was asked to fully pay for the room at check-in. This meant they did not keep my credit card on file, which caused issues later. This experience was quite frustrating.

Acceptable stay, but some issues
The location was good. It provided easy access to different parts of the city.
The swimming pool was unexpectedly closed . I wasn't informed about this closure before my arrival, it impacted my stay negatively as the pool was a key amenity I looked forward to.

excellent location delicious breakfast complimentary minibar
The location was excellent for exploring the Chinese district. The breakfast was filling and delicious. The hotel provided free water. a complimentary minibar for the first night. The pool offered amazing views.

Breakfast offered many options including porridge. The restaurant by the buffet was ok. However it was difficult to get a seat on two nights because it was adjacent to the buffet.

The staff were lovely and helpful. They helped with everything. They provided a lovely wooden cot with a great mattress for my baby. Also they offered a little bath for the shower. baby shampoos and gel.

quiet space complimentary minibar
Our urban suite was perfect. club access offered a quiet space. It was a nice touch. the complimentary minibar refilled once. We deeply appreciate the gesture.
The room cleaning lacked attention. I noticed dust in corners. i wished for a super clean environment to fully enjoy my stay.

The hotel's location is central. Everything is easily accessible within a short walk. chinatown and clark quay are nearby making exploration simple. bus stops are also conveniently across the street.

The room had modern decor, and it felt spacious. a garden view added a peaceful touch. It was very relaxing. the room included a minibar that was complimentary upon arrival.

breakfast had plentiful options with both western and asian dishes. fresh fruit and pastries were available. the club lounge offered breakfast, afternoon tea, drinks and canapés each evening.

the staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful. the front desk staff were very cute. the service at the club lounge was also attentive.

malfunctioning air conditioning limited shuttle hours
i found a couple of issues . the gym's air conditioning was malfunctioning. it made workouts rather uncomfortable. additionally, the advertised complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions had very limited hours. this lack of convenient transportation affected my sightseeing plans.
