I had an overall pleasant stay at Parkroyal Collection Pickering, but there were some ups and downs. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Chinatown and Marina Bay, which made exploring really easy. The room was clean, spacious, and I loved the eco-friendly initiative of having filtered water instead of plastic bottles. However, the service could have been more attentive, especially during check-in, which left me waiting longer than expected.
